I'm a tenant — where do I sign in?: Short-stay guests can use their invitation or open Your stays with their booking email. The full long-term tenant portal is still being prepared. For a long lease, use the payment, document and inventory links your manager sends you.
Can one person use multiple portals?: Yes. One account can have manager, guest and contractor access. Your available workspaces appear on the portal selector. The full long-term tenant and landlord portals are still being prepared.
I'm setting up Rentyx for the first time — what now?: Open Manager to accept a team invitation or request access for your business. Once the Rentyx team arranges workspace access, set up your business details and import existing records, or add your first property manually.
