Use the Manager portal. The Landlord portal is built for owners whose buildings are run by a separate property manager. If you're hands-on with leases, tenants, or rent, Manager is right for you.
I'm a tenant — where do I sign in?
The tenant portal isn't live yet. When it ships, your landlord or property manager will send you an invite link by email. For now, communicate with them the way you already do.
Can one person use multiple portals?
Yes. Some users are both a manager (for one workspace) and a landlord (for properties someone else manages). Your available workspaces appear on the portal selector.
I'm setting up Rentyx for the first time — what now?
Open the Manager portal. Follow the workspace setup steps, then add your properties, units and tenants.
